WP2: Green DigiFashTech Manager Profile, Curriculum & Mapping of Digital Technologies for the Textile & Fashion Industry
Lead Partner: PANSiK
Objectives
- Identify innovative AI and digital tools for effective design implementation and categorise vocational educational programs related to digital skills and AI methodologies.
- Develop a diagnostic tool for digital fashion enterprises and evaluate digital readiness and operational use of digital tools.
- Create the Green Digital Fashion Manager job profile, a new job role that integrates digital technologies with sustainability principles.

WP3: Create the education e-learning pathways, digital modules and the online educator handbook
Lead Partner: AMFI
Objectives
- Create comprehensive elearning pathways and modules that cover essential topics related to the intersection of digital technologies and sustainability within the textile and fashion industry.
- Develop an online educator handbook to guide instructors and facilitators in effectively delivering the program.
- Establish a train-the-trainer program to train and empower educators who will be responsible for disseminating knowledge to participants.
- Align the educational program with four pillars of impact: environmental sustainability, social sustainability and development, cultural sustainability, and economic sustainability.

WP4: Development of the Citizens Digital Science Hub Platform and running the Pilot Educational program based on a Pairing Methodology

Objectives
- Create the Citizens Digital Science Hub to establish a collaborative space for digital and fashion experts, young professionals, and the broader community.
- Develop the elearning platform within the Hub for the modules and the educator handbook in order to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Craft an effective methodology for mentorship, within innovative learning spaces that align with the S+T+ARTS initiative of the EU, bringing together science, technology, and the arts, especially in the realm of fashion.
- Provide comprehensive training on the intersection of digital technologies and sustainability within the textile and fashion industry.

WP5: Campaign and Dissemination of the Green DigiFashTech Manager & Best Cases

Objectives
- Develop a distinctive visual identity, encompassing logos, templates, and report documents, to enhance recognition and create a cohesive brand image.
- Formulate a comprehensive dissemination plan, ensuring effective communication of project progress and achievements.
- Generate newsletters and press releases highlighting crucial project activities and milestones, promoting transparency, and fostering interest among diverse stakeholders.
- Execute a robust campaign strategy to maximise outreach and engagement, especially during significant project launches and events.
- Establish a project website, integrating information about partners, project objectives, and relevant resources. The website serves as a central hub for communication and resource dissemination.
- Organise final events in Amsterdan and Athens, including conferences on 3D and AI, to showcase project outcomes, best practices, and pilot program achievements.
- Organisate three local DigiFashTech exhibition events, fostering engagement at a grassroots level and showcasing the impact of digital innovations in the fashion sector.
