About the Project
Green DigiFashTech Manager is a two-year pioneering Erasmus+ project to create a new breed of professional capable of steering the textile and fashion industry towards sustainability and digital transformation. This initiative responds to the urgent need for skilled individuals who can lead companies in adopting green and digital practices, thereby promoting climate neutrality, circular economy principles, and social welfare.

The motivation behind the Green DigiFashTech Manager project stems from the pressing need to address key priorities outlined by the European Commission, notably:
The focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data usage, digital skills and competences, and overcoming skills mismatch while addressing the needs of the labor market.
The growing demand within the textile and fashion industry for skilled professionals who can navigate the complexities of digital transformation while advancing sustainability goals.
The urgent need to address the significant environmental footprint of the textile and fashion industry, contributing large amounts of pollution, waste, water usage, and microplastics.


Objectives
Enable VET providers to create innovative digital education and assessment tools for monitoring the learning progress of VET learners in an online environment.
Enable upcoming fashion designers, manufacturers, and digital experts to gain vocational skills in AI and 3D tools, as well as knowledge of fashion circularity and environmental sustainability.
Create a new professional role within the textile and fashion industry capable of integrating cutting-edge technologies into business operations for fashion sustainability and circularity.
Establish collaboration between actors within the fashion industry for easier integration and implementation of digital, AI, and 3D tools.
