3D & AI in Fashion Conference in Athens

Our consortium partner SOFFA successfully hosted a 3D & AI in Fashion Conference and DigiFashTech Circular Fashion Exhibition on 30 June 2026 at the ESEE Event Hall in Athens, bringing together educators, designers, learners, SMEs, researchers and industry professionals for an inspiring exchange of knowledge, ideas and best practices.

The event showcased the outcomes of the Green DigiFashTech Manager Erasmus+ project, highlighting circular fashion prototypes, innovative applications of AI and 3D technologies, and the achievements of the project’s pilot education, pairing and Fashion Tech Hackathon activities.

Throughout the programme, discussions focused on the opportunities that digital technologies create for a more sustainable fashion industry—from circular design and digital product development to traceability, the Digital Product Passport and new approaches to responsible production and consumption.

One of the highlights of the event was the active participation of learners, who shared how the project’s educational pathways equipped them with practical skills and new perspectives for the green and digital transition of the fashion and textile sector.

The event demonstrated the strength of collaboration between education, industry and innovation, reinforcing the shared ambition of the Green DigiFashTech Manager consortium to build a more resilient, circular and digitally empowered fashion ecosystem across Europe.
